Meditation in the Middle

text

Grab a quick break from the grind: 2 hours in the middle of the day in the middle of the week.

Give yourself the gift of deep care by slowing down and releasing the stress. We’ll lead you through some light breathwork, then dive into centering and rejuvenating practices, body movement and affirmations that rekindle the passion to conquer your goals. Condensed into a long lunch break.

In March we’re running 3 Wednesday midday meditation experiences. Wednesdays in March from noon to 2 pm.

Looking to improve your track record with a meditation practice? Or maybe you just need a break from the stress of the workweek. Either way, Events Wild is here for you. Reserve your meditation cushion now.

Earth Day Weekend
Wellness Retreat

Join hands and have fun while making our Washington State coastline clean!

This project is dear to our heart at Events Wild. Spots are very limited.

This April will be our 3rd year joining Washington Coast Savers to help clean up Washington State beaches. We’re excited to see Events Wild represent with a hearty team. We’ll be strolling beaches in small groups pulling manmade debris, microplastics and other waste from Mama Ocean. Bring your smile and your love of the ocean!

If you haven’t joined us before, it feels SO good to be out there in the spring! Mark your calendar now and make a weekend for you to bask in the delights of the Washington coast in springtime.

We’ve organized the time to allow you to melt into nature and enjoy our coastal environment throughout the weekend.

We reserve a group cabin or retreat house on Friday and Saturday nights, and eat group meals while we’re on location. We’ve planned a weekend-long experience for you to match this service to Mother Earth on Earth Day. See the itinerary and pricing below.
