If we cancel:

In the unlikely event that Events Wild needs to cancel (if our guide gets ill, or weather is prohibitive, for example) you are entitled to a full refund (minus fees). We will process refunds on the day that the cancellation is made.
You any also choose to have your payment applied to another session, or held until you decide to reserve another session.

If you cancel 14 or more days before your session

You may either:
Rebook your session for a future date OR
Receive a full refund (minus fees)

If you cancel 7-14 days before your session

You will receive a credit for the trip cost to use towards a future Events Wild session

If you cancel less than 7 days before your session

Unfortunately no refund is available
