Our Meditation Series brings you closer to yourself, removing distractions, creating clarity solidifying your practice, improving in increments, using nature and the outdoors as a focal point. Ritual, reflection, reconnection. This is where you need to be!

Join us for a day retreat in nature. Unwind and recharge yourself through this unique and transformative experience of meditation and wellness.

When was the last time you watched a flower open up? Or saw a bird build a nest, or let the smell of wet cedar trees soak into your soul? This workshop is your entry door to reconnect with nature. We’ll use meditation and similar practices to exercise our senses, develop new wonder about the natural world around us, and engage just a little bit of ceremony. We’ll rediscover our own enthusiasm in things we have forgotten, or never experienced before, and we’ll unleash our own sense of wonder and joy.
